Generally feeling pretty good with my Thyroid health. Updating the FB fan pages regularly so wanna put some time in here too. I'm using Kratom which is quite a controversial herb/plant. Banned in many countries. Both INDADA and Juz and Liz (we couldn't mange to come up with a name) are progressing well.
